New design 6DOF driving simulator for drive trainig

This car driving training simulator can access the timing system, upload credit hours!
The structure of this motion platform is stable, reasonable design, science and technology, quality assurance, parts wear resistance, suitable for long time operation.
The computer control system realizes the movement of six degrees of freedom of the motion platform by coordinating and controlling the stroke of the electric cylinder

Upper computer control function

1. Pose simulation and multi-freedom compound motion.

2. Single degree of freedom motion: the platform moves from the current position to the target position according to the input target position and speed.

3. Sinusoidal wave simulation: according to the input amplitude, frequency and phase, do the corresponding sinusoidal motion.

4. Data Script Motion: The platform performs motion according to the input data script.

5. Save experimental data: Save the data of platform motion as txt films

6. Road spectrum filtering processing, random wave reproduction, road spectrum, wave spectrum, flight spectrum reproduction and other functions.

7. Through the TCP/IP protocol, provide users with third-party control interface (host computer interface).

8. Provide internal synchronization and external synchronization data output control interface.

1. Real-time electric cylinder length display. (Optional)

2. Drive status display. (Optional)

3. Forward solution of six degrees of freedom: the actual attitude of the platform is calculated by the length of the actual electric cylinder. (Optional)
